Building a residual Income

Building a substantial income and moving up the Plan is made easier with Team Work. As an Affiliate you have access to a comprehensive Back Office so get to know what is there. One of the team building features you have is the ability to place both Players and Affiliates into your team. This is especially useful if you have Affiliate working in certain countries or as a support to someone working towards a promotion. Remember though anyone you personally introduce that is not placed 1st level will earn you 5% not 20%, but they will always count towards your Personal Group Volume, which is the total that you need to earn on deeper levels.

Moving up the Plan

In the Fast Start training we focused on Group Affiliate. Teaching your Affiliates to achieve Fast Start and work The System will help you to achieve the higher levels in the plan and unlock deeper earning levels. in the slide below you can see that to move up to more earning levels you need to increase you Personal Group Volume (PGV).

Achieve £300 PGV you are promoted to Senior Affiliate, which is only personally introducing 15 Players, which can be either Players or a mixture of Playing Affiliates. The volume can also be a combination of the EuroMillions, UK Lotto or the Spanish Superdraws

 

 

Another 15 personal Players (30 in total) will give you £600 PGV and promotion to Executive Affiliate. Remember you could have placed these players anywhere within your 7 levels, if you are choosing to support your group with the placement facility.

Reach Executive Coordinator and you are now qualified for Group Revenue Share GRS, which is a bonus that is shared with everyone at this level. The company put 2% of the companies total revenue into 3 pots which are shared equally with whomever is qualified at that position.

Keep in touch

It's good to communicate with your team, and there are several ways that you can do this.

• The good old fashion telephone helps to build friendships and gives your leadership a personal approach.
• As you don't always get access to everyone's phone numbers you can email your team via your Back Office using the Group Email System, go to Useful Resources for more help in using this system. Every new Affiliate will receive a welcome email that is automatically sent by the company so be mindful of the amount of emails that are sent on you behalf by the company. Try not to duplicate what is already going out. A simple message that offers your help and contact details and perhaps how you got started may encourage someone to get in touch for help.
• Skype and MSN is FREE and is great way to keep in touch and chat with your team. You can hold small conferences on Skype where you could offer small team training
• Facebook is another free way of communicating. Set up a 'Fan' club and ask your new Affiliates to join so you can update them with news and ideas
• Online Training is available so check the company Blog for when these trainings are on
