To choose Autoresponder?

I noticed the default autoresponder is Getresponse.com but I wonder about why not be able to use my aWeber AR that also is one of the best AR in the market. They are working in the same way but if possible how to add an aWeber?

I read about the email series of five messages and the follow ups (the same five?) to use.
How to get these to load into my AR .
